Lazy Lavash Chebureki

This lazy chebureki is very tasty, with crispy edges and juicy minced meat inside. You can make them for breakfast or a picnic. Cook it with pleasure, enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Lavash – 3 pcs.
  • Minced meat – 300 g
  • Onions – 120 g
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Cut the lavash into squares.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Combine the onions, minced meat, salt, pepper, add water, and mix everything well. Whisk the egg in a bowl.
  4. Place the filling diagonally on one half of the lavash. Grease the edge with the egg. Cover it with the other half of the lavash and press the edges together with your fingers.
  5. Brown the lavash on both sides in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat.
    Place the fried lavash on a napkin (paper towel) in a single layer to absorb excess oil.
  6. Stack the cooked lazy lavash chebureki loosely on a dish and serve.
