Lazy Stuffed Cabbage

  • Sour cream, for serving – to taste

Directions

  1. Finely chop the cabbage and onions or chop them separately in a blender.
  2. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  4. Boil the rice until tender. Combine minced meat, cabbage, 1/3 of prepared onion, egg and rice. To stir thoroughly.
