  • 75 g xylitol (suar substitute)

  • 75 g chocolate, dark, 85% or more

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Crush all ingredients, except for the chocolate, in a mixer or with a hand blender until you get a homogeneous dough. Use a knife or cleaver to cut the chocolate into small pieces and lift them up.
