Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head lettuce, e.g., lettuce, romaine or batavia lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
  • 2 spring onion (s)

For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • Salad herbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lettuce, wash it and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean the radishes and cut into fine slices. Cut the spring onions into fine rolls, also using the fresh dark green.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl. Add the lettuce, radishes and spring onions, mix everything carefully and serve.
