Ingredients

  • 2 heads lettuce, small
  • 2 lime (s)
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • oil
  • 2 teaspoon almond (s) (almond flakes)
  • 200 g turkey schnitzel

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash salads and pluck into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel 1 lime, completely removing the white skin. Cut out the fillets between the separating skins, collect the juice. Squeeze out the second lime, stir in all of the lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat in 2 tablespoons of oil.
  3. Roast the almonds in a non-stick pan until golden brown. Remove. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Fry all around in 1 teaspoon of hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the salads, lime fillets and turkey strips. Arrange on four plates. Drizzle with the marinade and sprinkle with almonds.
