For the dressing:

• 1 apple, grated red-cheeked
• 1 teaspoon horseradish, grated
• 1 tablespoon cream cheese, 0.2% fat
• 1 teaspoon oil, rapeseed oil
• Lemon (s), the juice
• pepper
• salt
