Delicious cookies! Soft but crispy, aromatic and very easy to prepare. And also – absolutely lean, although hardly anyone would believe that there are no eggs or butter in this cookie!
Cook: 30 mins
Ingredients
Bananas – 2 Pieces
Sugar – 1 Glass (Not full)
Wheat flour – 1 Glass (With a slide)
Soda – 1 Teaspoon (No slide)
Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 60 Milliliters (Odorless)
Directions
Let’s prepare the necessary ingredients.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Peel and mash bananas in a coarse puree, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar.
Add vegetable oil and cinnamon. Stir.
Add flour sifted with baking soda and stir the dough with a spatula or mixer at low speed.
The dough will be thick enough and before our eyes it begins to “fluffy” from the interaction of soda and acid.
Cut the dough quickly with 2 tablespoons and place immediately in the preheated oven. The faster everything is done, the more tender and airy the cookies will be.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes until golden brown. Then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes so that the cookies are baked inside. Focus on your oven. Cool the finished cookies on a wire rack.
Lean cookies are ready. Serve with oat milk or almond milk.
