Lean Bread in a Bread Maker

Bread made from yeast dough in water and vegetable oil. Lean bread is prepared in a bread maker.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 3 cups
  • Water – 1 glass
  • Fresh pressed yeast – 16 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 3 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Pour water into the bowl of the bread machine. Pour in flour. Add vegetable oil. Pour in sugar. Salt.
  2. Add yeast by breaking it into pieces. We put the bowl in the bread maker. We select the mode “Wheat bread” and “Dark crust”. Leave the lean bread in the bread maker for 4 hours.
  3. Lean bread in a bread maker is ready.
