  • 4 tablespoon semolina
  • 4 egg (s), (3 pieces are also sufficient)
  • Sweetener, liquid (amount corresponding to 200 g sugar)
  • 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 lemon (s), (squeeze juice)

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into a bowl and stir. Goes lightning fast.
  2. 18-20 cm cake pan - the bottom must be covered with baking paper. Pour in the mass. If only a larger shape is available, the amount of ingredients can be increased accordingly.
  3. Any fruit, if desired, such as peaches, apricots, mandarins, pears, cut into small pieces and add to the batter.
  4. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Let cool in the mold. Loosen the cake on the edge with the back of a knife.
  5. Tastes like a land of milk and honey.
