- g 1,000 quark, 0.2% fat (natural or vanilla flavor)
- 4 tablespoon semolina
- 4 egg (s), (3 pieces are also sufficient)
- Sweetener, liquid (amount corresponding to 200 g sugar)
- 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 lemon (s), (squeeze juice)
