Lean Olivier Salad

This Olivier salad, without meat and sausage, but with squid, is perfect for a festive table for the New Year.

- Here is a set of products for a lean salad “Olivier.
- Dip the squid in boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then drain and cool.
- Boil jacket potatoes and carrots. Cool and clean.
- Wash fresh cucumbers and cut into cubes.
- Cut the carrots into cubes.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
- Peel the squid and cut into strips.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Open a can of peas. Add to bowl.
- Wash and chop the herbs. Season with pepper and salt. Add Mayo. Mix everything and put the Olivier salad in a salad bowl. Decorate.
- Ready salad “Olivier”.
