Lean Pizza Ingredients

  • Warm water – 1 Glass
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Fresh yeast – 20 grams
  • Wheat flour – 3 Glasses
  • Vegetable oil – 5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Champignons – 300 grams (filling)
  • Onions – 1-2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons (for frying)
  • Tomato – 1-2 Pieces (depending on size)
  • Chives or dill – To taste

Lean Pizza Instructions

  1. Prepare all the necessary pizza ingredients first.
  2. First, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, dissolve salt and sugar, yeast in warm water.
  3. Add vegetable oil and flour and knead the dough, do not hammer it too much, let it be soft.
  4. Cover the dough with a napkin, put it in the heat for an hour. It should increase in volume three times.
  5. Prepare the mushrooms, wash and pat dry. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  6. Cut the onion into half rings.
  7. Fry onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender. Salt them.

  8. Cut the tomato into slices or semicircles, finely chop the onion.
  9. The dough is ready, it came up and became airy. Place your hands on it.
  10. Take a large baking sheet, grease it with oil. Spread the dough evenly with buttery hands.
  11. Make bumpers.
  12. Spread the filling evenly: tomato, mushrooms and onions, you can add slices of olives or bell peppers. Place the pizza in the hot oven for 20 minutes. Baking temperature – 180 degrees.
  13. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
