Ingredients

  • 800 g jacket potato (s), cooked
  • 400 g meat loaf or 500 if you like
  • Clarified butter
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon caraway powder
  • nutmeg
  • 1 bunch chives or parsley
  • 8 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Heat the clarified butter in a large pan and fry the potatoes in it. Season with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and nutmeg. Dice the Leberkäse, add to the potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the eggs in a little butter in another pan to make fried eggs.
  3. Wash and chop the parsley or chives.
  4. Arrange everything on plates and sprinkle with the herbs.
  5. A simple leaf salad with lemon dressing goes well with it.
