Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 200 g meat loaf
  • 1 packet potato noodles from the refrigerated shelf (500 g)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can sauerkraut, 425 ml
  • 100 ml heavy cream or more, depending on your taste
  • 100 ml broth
  • 3 tablespoon mustard (you can mix sweet or hot, depending on your taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly onion (s) as desired
  • Possibly chives, fresh, at will

Instructions

  1. First wash the peppers, cut in half and cut into strips. Also cut the meat loaf into strips.
  2. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the paprika, meat loaf and potato noodles. Mix in the sauerkraut. Mix the cream with the broth and mustard and season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Put everything in the pan and bring to the boil. If you like, you can also add onions or fresh chives.
  3. We always like to eat fresh farmer`s bread with it.
