Ingredients

  • 400 g meat loaf
  • 40 g bacon, smoked diced
  • 2 onions)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 250 g leek
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat loaf into small pieces. Dice the bacon. Peel the onions and cut one of them into rings. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the meat loaf, bacon and onion rings for about 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Get the meat loaf mixture out of the pan. Heat the remaining oil in the frying fat. Add the potatoes and fry for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Clean and wash vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the remaining onion into large wedges. Add to the potatoes after 10 minutes. Mix in the meat loaf. Season with paprika and refine with creme fraiche.
  4. Wash, chop and sprinkle the parsley.
