Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 200 g rapes
  • 150 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler)
  • 250 g salad cream (Miracel Whip) with yourt
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Clean and halve the grapes. Chop the walnuts into large pieces and cut the cheese into cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Add Miracel Whip and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour and take it out of the refrigerator in good time before serving.
