  • 600 g leeks
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 200 g creme léère
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack dough (quiche)

Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into strips, slice the mushrooms. Fry both in the butter over high heat. Mix the parsley, creme légère, cheese and egg into the vegetables. Salt and pepper. Put the mixture on the quiche dough pressed into the mold and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
