  • 500 g Thurinian Mett
  • 3 leeks
  • 300 g spiral pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, granulated
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Turn the mince into small balls and fry in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the leek, cut into rings and add to the meat. Fill up with water until everything is nicely covered. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Then add the pasta and cook until cooked. Season to taste with salt, pepper and broth and serve.
