Leek – Apple – Cheese Salad

Ingredients

• 0.5 stick ½ leek
• 4 apples
• 250 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aed
• 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
• 100 g natural yourt
• 100 g sour cream
• 100 g mayonnaise, liht
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including the juice
• 1 can corn
• 1 small Can / s pineapple, sliced
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. For the dressing, mix together yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
2. Cut the leek into very fine rings. Cut the apples, pineapple slices, cheese and eggs into small pieces. Drain the corn and add all the ingredients to the dressing and mix.
3. Let it steep for at least 3 hours. Then season the salad with salt and pepper.
