Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese cabbage
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g tartar sauce
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips, halve the leek lengthways and then cut into fine half rings, season with salt and pepper. Mix the tartar sauce with sour cream and add. Mix everything well, if it is too dry, add some tartar sauce and sour cream. Chill for 1 hour.
