Ingredients

  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 leek stick (s)

Instructions

  1. Clean the leek stick, divide lengthways and cut into fine slices. Whip the cream.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, leek and salt with the hand mixer, fold in the whipped cream. Let everything go well. Serving and garnishing.
  3. The leek cream tastes very good on freshly baked whole grain bread or baguette. It is the hit on every buffet.
