Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 leeks, cut into rings
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • some cream
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 250 g pasta
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the leek and wait until it is soft. Season with sweet paprika until everything has a nice red color. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Put the cream on top and let it thicken a little, if necessary with a sauce thickener. While the mince is frying, cook the pasta.
  2. Finally, place a few noodles on the plate and the leek and cream mince on top.
