- 300 g leek
- 3 tablespoon oil
- pepper
- salt
- nutmeg
- 6 roll (s) - dumplings, cooked
- 100 g carrot (s)
- 100 g cheese (Gouda or any)
- 6 tablespoon heavy cream

- Clean the leek and cut diagonally into pieces approx. 2 cm wide. Simmer in the oil for about 15 minutes. Spice up! Cut the dumplings into thick slices and place in a large, flat, greased baking dish. Spread the leek vegetables on top and also spread the roughly grated carrots on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and pour the cream on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° for approx. 15 minutes!
