Ingredients

  • 4 leeks
  • 10 slices ham, cooked
  • some butter or oil for the baking dish
  • 200 g cheese, rated Emmentaler
  • in Butter, flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the leek sticks into pieces approx. 10 cm in size, wash them thoroughly and cook for 20 minutes depending on the strength. Drain and let cool. The 4 leeks made 16 pieces. I wrapped half a slice of ham around each of the thinner pieces and a whole slice of ham around the thicker pieces.
  2. Now put everything in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese and put a few flakes of butter on top and bake at 190 ° in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
