Ingredients

  • 3 leeks
  • Salt water
  • 8 slices cooked ham
  • mustard

For the sauce:

  • 2 packs sauce powder for light sauce
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 0.25 liter ¼ broth (leek broth)
  • pepper
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • some flakes butter

Instructions

  1. Halve the leek lengthways, wash and cut into thirds. Cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain the leek and collect the leek broth.
