  • 1 can mushrooms, 850 ml
  • 6 leeks
  • 2 liters vegetable stock
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 300 g processed cheese with herbs

Instructions

  1. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Serve the ground meat and mushrooms, add the leek and sauté with it. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the processed cheese and let it melt. That`s it
