Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 2 leeks
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 50 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon butter, liquid
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Halve the leek sticks lengthways and cut into fine strips, as well as the ham. Melt the butter and sauté first strips of leek and then strips of ham for a few minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
