Ingredients

  • 300 g leeks
  • 20 g mararine
  • 20 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the leek and cut into rings of the same thickness.
  2. Put margarine in a pan and melt. Steam the leek in the melted margarine for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed until it is soft. Then sprinkle the flour over it, deglaze with the milk and fill up with vegetable stock. Bring to the boil again and finally top off with cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.
