Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and cut completely into rings. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the leek for a few minutes.
  2. Add the cream. Let it simmer for about 20 - 30 minutes, if necessary dilute with a little milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tastes great with meatballs and boiled potatoes.
