Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 handful olives, black, stone-free
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Cut off the roots from the leek, separate the white from the green and thoroughly rinse off any soil from the green. Cut everything into approx. 3 cm wide rings, put in a saucepan and add water, oil and salt. Cook for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the olives in half and stir into the leek shortly before the end of the cooking process.
  2. Any kind of potato dish goes well with it.
