  • 1 cup cream
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Grease a baking dish and layer the potatoes and leek in it, sprinkle with the onions. Mix the cream with the broth, season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour it over the vegetables. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
  4. Tip: If you like, you can also use white wine instead of vegetable broth.
