  • 500 g minced meat
  • 30 g oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g leek
  • 100 g cream
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Clean the leek, wash, cut into rings and add to the minced meat. Let the leek cook a little. Add the cream and ketchup, spread the cheese over it and let it melt in the closed pan. With mashed potatoes.
