  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 large lemon (s), untreated
  • some sugar
  • Berries, (forest berries), fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon with hot water, finely grate the peel and squeeze the lemon.
  2. Put the mascarpone, cream, lemon zest and lemon juice in a tall container and mix with the hand blender to a smooth cream. Add sugar to taste.
  3. Arrange the cream on the berries.
