Ingredients

  • 4 lemon (s), untreated
  • Lemon balm, approx. 4 - 6 stalks
  • Mint, approx. 4 - 6 stalks
  • 500 ml apple juice, clearer, approx.
  • 1.4 liters sparkling mineral water

Instructions

  1. Peel the peel from the lemons in thin spirals and squeeze the lemons. Rinse the lemon balm and mint and shake dry.
  2. Distribute the lemon peel, lemon juice and lemon balm and mint in 2 bottles of approx. 1 liter each. Top up with the apple juice and mineral water and place in the refrigerator.
