Ingredients

  • 1 bottle vodka, or good fruit or corn brandy
  • 8 stalks lemon balm
  • 200 g suar, brown

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a sealable jar and let it steep for 4 weeks. Stir or shake every now and then so that the sugar dissolves.
  2. After the time, remove the stems and filter everything through a cloth.
  3. Now fill into a clean bottle (1 liter content) and let it rest for another 4 weeks.
  4. This liqueur is good if you have sleep disorders, restlessness and it can have a relaxing effect.
