Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 140 g powdered suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, use grated zest
  • 280 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • 125 ml milk

For the filling:

  • 230 g butter, soft
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 600 g chocolate, white
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Mix the butter with icing sugar until frothy. Scrape out the vanilla pod and stir into the butter and sugar mixture with the egg, egg yolk and lemon zest. Alternately add flour and milk until everything is well mixed. Put the dough in a piping bag and squirt small circles about 5 cm in diameter onto a baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Baking time approx. 10 - 12 min at 150 ° C. Let the biscuits cool down.
  4. For the filling, mix butter with powdered sugar, stir in melted white chocolate and lemon juice and stir until frothy.
  5. Place a tablespoon of the filling on the flat side of one cookie and cover with a second cookie.
