  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 4 sheets gelatin, white, dissolved
  • 4 egg whites, beaten to snow
  • 250 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Add lemon juice and wine. Slowly stir in the dissolved gelatin.
  2. When the mixture starts to gel slowly, fold in the egg whites and cream. Refrigerate.
