Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 large persimmon (s), or 2 small ones
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the persimmons and cut into small cubes. Save a column cut into triangles for decoration.
  2. Mix the quark with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Fill dessert glasses or bowls with a few persimmon cubes, top with quark cream, then again with persimmon cubes and top with curd cream. If desired, a little decoration on top.
