Ingredients

  • 6 small chicken leg (s)
  • 10 leaves sage
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 lemon (s), thinly peeled peel
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel off the skin from the clubs, divide the clubs into two pieces, wash and pat dry. Finely chop the herbs, lemon zest and garlic. Mix with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper, mix everything with the chicken pieces. Put in a large pan. Cover and simmer on the stove over medium heat for about 40 minutes. Turn it a few times in between.
