- 150 mg sugar
- 600 mg ice cubes
- 3 lemon (s)
- 1.7 liters water

- Squeeze the lemons. Mix the juice with the sugar in a container.
- Bring the water to the boil and brew the tea. Then let the tea steep for about 3 minutes and remove it from the water without squeezing out the bags. Next, add the ice cubes to the tea to shock it. The shocking of the water creates fewer bitter substances. Add the lemon with the sugar to the tea and stir well. Finally, put the tea in the refrigerator to cool.
