  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Sour cream – 200 Grams
  • Flour – 200 Grams
  • Sugar – 130 Grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Baking powder – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Mint – 1 Bunch (fresh)

Lemon-Mint Muffins with Sour Cream Instructions

  1. Here are all the products we need to make muffins.
  2. First of all, remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice. The mint must be washed and chopped finely.
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, zest, lemon juice, mint and vanilla sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Introduce sour cream, melted butter, then flour mixed with baking powder. Knead until smooth.

  5. Layout the dough in tins. I have separate silicone molds into which I insert disposable paper molds. From this amount of ingredients, 15 muffins are obtained.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. We take out fragrant products from the molds and let cool.
