Lemon Muffins with Kefir

I love the combination of sweet and sour taste, so I appreciate the desserts in which this combination is present. It plays very interestingly and is remembered for a long time by its uniqueness.

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 2/3 Glass
  • Sugar – 2/3 Cup
  • Vegetable Oil – 1/3 Cup
  • Flour – 1.5 Cups
  • Potato starch – 0.5 cups
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Lemon juice – 1.5 Tbsp spoons
  • Egg white – 1 Piece
  • Cooking glaze, bag – 1 Piece
  • Powdered sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. Mash eggs with sugar. Add juice and kefir to them. Pour in flour, starch. Knead the batter and add the butter at the end. Stir again.
  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into baking tins. Bake the items for 20 minutes.
  3. Whisk the finished culinary glaze with cold protein and icing sugar.
  4. Pour the icing over the cooled muffins, decorate as desired.
