Ingredients
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g broccoli, frozen
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 150 g pasta, wide
- 25 g butter
- 20 g flour
- 150 ml cream
- 1 pinch herbal salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice and zest
- some frozen parsley for sprinkling

- Peel the onion and the clove of garlic and cut into cubes. Bring the broccoli to the boil in the broth and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the broccoli and collect the broth. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- For the sauce, heat the butter in a pan. Fry the meat vigorously all around. Add the onion and garlic and fry. Dust the meat with flour and deglaze with the broccoli broth, stir in the cream and bring to the boil, then add the broccoli and season with salt, pepper and curry. Add lemon juice and zest.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the lemon sauce.
- Arrange the dish on plates and sprinkle the parsley over the pasta.
