• 1 jar olives, green without stone (70 g)
• 1 clove garlic
• 3 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 lemon (s), zest it (untreated)
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

1. Roughly chop the olives and garlic. Puree with olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
