Instructions

  1. Beat the room temperature butter and sugar until frothy. Stir in the peanut butter and whip again briefly. Stir in the beaten egg. Mix the flour, baking powder, nuts and lemon zest and also add to the butter mixture. Shape everything into a dough and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into about 30-40 small balls, roll in cane sugar and then flatten and place on a baking tray with a gap of at least 5 cm. The balls run a lot, so leave a little more space. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 ° C.
