  • Sugar – 115 g
  • Salt
  • Poppy – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 6 tbsp

Lemon Poppyseed Cupcakes Instructions

  1. We turn on the oven – heat it up to 200 degrees.
  2. Beat the eggs until light foam.
  3. Add milk, butter and lemon zest.
  4. Then stir in flour, sugar, salt, baking powder. Beat with a mixer.
  5. Then add the poppy seeds and stir with a spoon.
  6. You don’t need to grease paper muffin cups. Regular ones need to be oiled. We fill the molds and bake the lemon muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
