Ingredients
- 750 g potato (s), small waxy ones
- salt
- 250 g beans (cuttin beans), or suar snap peas
- 2 onion (s), red
- 1 bunch dill
- 250 ml Cremefine, to refine
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 0.5 ½ lemon (organic), the grated zest it
- Lemon pepper
- sugar

- Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Clean the beans, cut diagonally into pieces and cook in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain the potatoes and beans or snow peas, rinse and allow to cool.
- Peel the onions and cut into strips. Wash and chop the dill, peel the potatoes (new potatoes do not need to be peeled) and cut in half.
- Mix the cremefine with lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, lemon pepper and sugar and mix with the prepared ingredients.
