Ingredients

  • 50 ml water
  • 100 ml raspberry vinegar (balsamic vinegar raspberry), e.g. from Kattus
  • 3 tablespoon herbal oil or walnut oil
  • 1 medium lemon (s), the juice and the grated zest it
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed
  • Pinch (s) salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the water with the balsamic vinegar. The squeezed clove of garlic and lemon peel are added to this. Add the lemon juice to taste.
  2. Add salt, pepper and sugar and mix everything together. As the oil settles on top, add and mix shortly before serving.
  3. Goes well with salads.
