- Wash the potatoes and cut them unpeeled into bite-sized pieces. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Wash the lemons with hot water, cut eighths, squeeze out lightly in a glass and mix with the potatoes. Mix the lemon juice with the honey and drizzle over the potatoes. Wash the sprigs of rosemary and mix with the potatoes with the coarsely chopped garlic cloves. Then season with sea salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Close the baking dish well with aluminum foil and stew the potatoes at 200-220 ° C for about 40 minutes.
- Variation: Instead of braising everything in a baking dish, you can also wrap the potatoes in portions in buttered aluminum foil, which your guest then opens himself at the table. In this way, the pleasant, ethereal scent of the potatoes only unfolds as a little surprise on your guest`s plate.
