Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 lemon (s), the grated zest and juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth, roughly chopped
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, black, a.d. Mill

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the spaghetti until al dente or as desired. In a separate bowl, mix the garlic, grated lemon zest, lemon juice and oil.
  2. Pour the spaghetti into a sieve and drain well, then return to the saucepan. Mix in the lemon mixture, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
