Ingredients

  • 4 trout (s), approx. 250 g each
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemon (s), organic
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 10 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 sprigs thyme

Instructions

  1. Wash the trout inside and out with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Slightly incise the fish skin several times. Cut the garlic and lemons into thin slices.
  3. Season the trout inside and outside with salt and pepper and rub 2 tablespoons of olive oil each.
  4. Place the fish on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Fill the abdomen with 2 sprigs of thyme and 3 slices of lemon and the garlic slices.
  5. Spread the rest of the thyme and garlic and the rest of the lemon slices on the baking tray. Drizzle the trout with olive oil.
  6. Fry the fish in the preheated oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
  7. It goes well with baguette and a green salad.
